This error message indicates that you are using ADMIN as a user for Jazz REST Services functional user.
Change this functional user from ADMIN to your LDAP enabled user id. to change functional user
1. Go to Composer Server configuration utility
2. In configuration setup wizard navigate to page - Set the Jazz REST Services settings for the Rational Requirements Composer server
3. Make sure that Jazz REST Services server URL is correct.
4. Make sure that Jazz REST services functional user and password is correct user id and password. this user id must have access to composer server.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,
Devang

Thanks, Devang.

Change ADMIN to a LDAP account did not help. The LDAP account does exist in the repository and is able to login to RRC.

Other comments? Thanks.

Hi,

When updating the Jazz REST Services settings for the Rational Requirements Composer server make sure the URL is correct and has the correct port specified (for example https://xxxx:9443/jazz), the password and the confirmation match the LDAP password for the user that is chosen to be the functional user.
When you finish the configuration wizard you should not get an error about not being able to update the properties file (if you do, stop the Requirements Composer server and retry to finish the wizard).
Also make sure that you login in the admin interface (usually https://localhost:9443/jazz/admin on the server) and apply the Rational Requirements Composer - System license to the user declared as functional.

Thanks,
P

Don't forget to add the functional user (LDAP account) as Administrator to the rdm project area.
