RTC Server Down with Error TeamServiceRegistryException

My RTC Server is suddenly stopped and while restart I get below errors:

Pravin, to me this looks like the application databases are not reachable.  Check if your database server is up and running and the applications are able to connect to the databases which means check if the database user id is not locked, password not expired etc

Normally these type of errors are caused by 1) Unable to connect to DB or 2) teamServer.properties file may have become corrupt or has invalid settings.
