It looks like users have to save the image to their local, open and edit it in Snagit and then upload the new version. Is there a better way than this? Thanks.

Hi Clement,
There is currently no built in image editor/snapshot tool that will allow you to modify images right from the web client. I would suggest creating an enhancement if this is something you hope to see in a future release.
