work items in not present in data collection job list

Hello All,
We are facing problem on production server , That Work Items Field is not present in Data Collection Job Area.

Can you see the "Work items" jobs listed under the Data collection status page ?  OR do you see some thing like "*****Started Job Work Items at ..." in the ccm-etl.log file ?
If not then you may want to contact Rational Support  else try from a different browser as this could be browser cache playing

1. tried  in different   browser also
2. even not showing in Data Collection Job History (Status) Tab

any thing that we can enable this in any property
