I want to add a widget to dashboard showing a graphical view of total number of testcase passed & failed ....

please help.

You can also take a look at the widget  "Execution Status using TCER count".

Have you tried using "Execution Trend Report" widget? Is it something which satisfies you?

Please be sure that you have a good baseline by running the full ETL loads from QM. If not, your numbers can be out of sync.
