Can you automatically customize the name of Insight report output?

My users have scheduled reports that run daily or weekly and are emailed to them in various formats (Excel, PDF, etc).   Currently when the report is emailed to them it has the same name each time, such as "Defect Arrival.pdf", and this gets confusing pretty fast and often causes saved files from reports to get overwritten.  Is there a way to programmatically append the date to the filename?   This way we would have "Defect Arrival - 2013-06-03.pdf"  and then "Defect Arrival - 2013-06-10.pdf" and so on, rather than depending on the user to remember to do this themselves.
