Reqirements Composer Installation/Initialization

Hi,

i have a fresh Requirements Composer installation. As soon as i start the REST Server, it begins writing the following message about every 30 seconds to the startup window

CRRRC1008I User paul is not part of the RDM Project Area. Please add the user to the RDM Project Area and give the user
Administrator privileges

"paul" is the functional user i have specified in the configuration dialog. I have defined "paul" as user for the rdm project area and given him all possible rights.

What is going wrong ?

When i try to connect to the repository from the RCC client, i get a similar error, saying: "the request to the URL /jazz/resources/rdm/servicedocument was denied with a forbidden status"
