成果物の画面で編集を選択すると、「成果物はロックされてます」のポップアップがでる。「ロックのオーバーライド」ボタンを押すが解除されない

Thank you.
I was able to finalize the editing process of the deliverables today.
 
It seems that RRC recovered on its own.
