Using AuditLog API froM buildforge

I am trying to get basic project information such as project creation date etc. It was suggested to me that I should try the Buildforge API.

Does anyone have a java sample / example they can share that uses BuildForge API with the AuditLog method and also any documentation on these APIs - in terms of how they can be / should be used?
