How to get the job URL during the build?

Hi All

I want to create the ClearQuest BTBuild record inside my build script and pass a successful build's job URL such as below as the Build_System_URL. How can I get this in perl script?

http://ccbuildforged01/fullcontrol/index.php?mod=jobs&action=build.view&bf_id=e1785d360c65100090a837d207960796
