Not all fields from the Test Plan are getting exported PDF in RQM v3.0.1.3

Hi

Recently, I noticed that one of the user is complaining about the export to PDF functionality in RQM v3.0.1.3.
Not all the fields from the Test Plan / Test Cases are getting exported to PDF.

ie; The Print PDF prints fine. But it doesn't print few fields like "Risk Assessment" and "Test Environments"

So my question is, Does the user requires any permissions / roles to perform the entire content export ?
What all possibilities can be looked into in such cases ?

Reason being another user states that with admin user for the respective QM project, all contents exports fine to PDF.

Any inputs appreciated...
