Item Connector Framework and RTC

Kanagaraj Duraisamy (157) | asked Jun 03 '13, 12:02 a.m.
When we use Item connector framework to sync RTC work Items with the external system, we used to see "Conflicts" where we could accept "Item state" or "External state". Does any one know the java API for programmatically  accepting "Item state" or "External state"?. Your quick answers will be highly appreciated and much helpful.

I do not know. I wondered about how to resolve this too.So the best place to look is in the RTC Source code.
when viewing the UI that gives u that choice in Eclipse, with the mouse pointer over that window area, press
Shift-Alt-F1 keys together and Eclipse will show you a window indicating what plugin and class is presenting that page section.  then you can import that plugin as source and look at the code to see what it does when you pick one of the choices.

(plugin view, find plugin, right click, import as source)
