 I  wanted to know if RQM/RTC support web service integration with any other tools please.  And most preferable tool is Service Now tool, Which is used for Ticket raising..

Vinay, can u please elaborate? you mean is there an option to integrate RQM & RTC with what type of tools? and for what purpose?

  1.      Actually, I have a client who is using Service Now tool, they are using that tool for  ticket raising. Now they want to integrate the ServiceNow tool with RQM or RTC. And they also said that they have web services for that ServiceNow. Is it possible to integrate the Service Now using Web services with RQM and RTC. 

    1. They also asked if RQM / RTC support web service integration with any other tool for Tool evaluation purpose.
