Automatic delivery when save file changes

Hi all,
I'm wondering if and how to implement an automatic delivery from private workspace to integration stream, every time a developer save a file change.
The objective is to implement something similar to "reserved checkout" now that this feature is not available (will be in the future).
With the rule that checkin the file automatically on every save, I can confirm my change into the RTC private workspace locally. If I can automate the delivery (immediately after) I have the information (on another developer's workspace - package explorer) that an "incoming" change is available and he may wants to accept it before start to modify his version.
Keeping refresh timeout happen frequently, I may have a good workaround for this request.
