LDAPNightlySync not syncing all users

Wai Man Cheung (12) | asked Aug 27 '09, 6:20 a.m.
We are running RQM 2.0 with WAS 7 and Active Directory as the LDAP.

We currently have an issue with the LDAPNightlySync not importing all the users from LDAP or updating all the users details.

One of the errors that appears is:

CRJAZ1326E The members of the Jazz groups could not be retrieved.
Unprocessed Continuation Reference(s)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Regards

Wai

You could be running into http://forums.sun.com/thread.jspa?messageID=10258094&#10258094 bug. We are not setting referral=follow when we initialize the LDAP directory.

Are you using a AD with multiple domains ?

Was there ever a conclusion on this? I'm hitting the same problem on WAS7 with RTC3.0.1.

Thanks,

FYI, for my particular case I found the problem was that the Base Group DN was starting at the highest level and needed to actually start at the group OU.

Hopefully this will help others in the future.
