unselecting all report parameters return all results
In RTC's data warehouse based reports, when unselecting report's all parameters, it will return all results as if all parameters are selected, this happens to many reports in my testing.is this how it should work? Please advise. thanks

This is the designed behavior.
If no selection is made for a non-mandatory Parameter, it means all are selected. Don Yang selected this answer as the correct answer
