License upload problems

Hi

I have CLM 4.0.1 installed with WAS 8.0.0.4 and DB2 9.7 fixpack 6 installed. While trying to upload the floating and authorised permanent keys I get a error message mentioning "server did not respond within reasonable amount of time"

Do I need to re-start WAS and check again uploading?

Please let me know.

I haven't encountered such an issue, but here is a suggestion - if you would like to check a few settings before trying out a profile restart.

Uploading of the license file does not need any DB connection, if you notice, you could upload the license even before the jts/setup is run. However, in this case if you are uploading the license after running the setup, you might want to get to jts/admin page and run the diagnostics and check for any deviations. 

In case there are no hints in this page, you would want  to check the standard errors log file and jts.log file for more details.
