I keep getting this error (CRJAZ6066E The file cannot be imported as a process description because the file format is incorrect. For more details, open the help system and search for CRJAZ6066E) whenever I try to import any zip file (even from Rational).  I think I have the right permissions, etc.  Can you help me understand?

Hi David, not quite sure what you are upto as you mentioned "any zip file". Are you trying to import a process template zip ?

Yes, I'm trying to import a process zip file (e.g. openup_published_1.5.1.5.20121212.zip).

Three things to check :
-- you should be member of either JazzAdmins or JazzProjectAdmins group
-- process template is exported from the same version of RTC you are importing in
-- The zip file is not corrupted.

can't think of anything else.. :-)
