RQM 4.0.1 used.

1) URL link is inaccessible inside the member invitation email
alert that is generated by RQM in Project Area level.
symptom: <space> was translated to "+" by RQM inside the email,
and "+" cannot be processed by RQM while people accessing this URL
sample:

https://xxx:xx/qm/web/console/Test+%28Quality+Management%29
2)  URL link is inaccessible inside the member invitation email
alert that is generated by RQM in Team Area level

sample: https://xxx:xxqm/web/console/TeamB

My question is:
a) is this normal in the invitation email?
b) Does the tool expect the user to use that link to access to the project or team directly? if yes, what's wrong with the tool to provide inaccessible link?
If not, what is the purpose of the link in the invitation email?
Please advise. Thanks

I tried with RQM403 and see the same result.
I checked with the email template under qm/admin page's [team invitation] menu, I can see
the contents are already being: https://xxx:xx/qm/web/console/Test+%28Quality+Management%29

In RTC's email template, it has placeholoder:

You can explore the related project area via the web client at ${projectAreaDashboardUrl}.

which works properly for any name(with space or not). If I manually add
${projectAreaDashboardUrl}
in qm's template, I can see both PA and TA members receive the right URL up to project area
(funny thing is that for team area member invitation, something like
https://xxx:xxqm/web/console/TeamB in QM is never reachable. So I guess that only URL of project area should be sent for either PA or TA's member which is how RTC handles email should be correct)

I think this can be workaround for now and it should be treated as a defect(?) in RQM. I will escalate this one.
