Hi Smitha,
1. Could you check <rrdi-install>/cognos/cogserver.log file to see what error message is there?
2. Could you see what is the status of your cognos server? Please log in to https://<host>:<cognos-port>/dispatcher/servlet

Hi Smitha, did you forgot to check the "Copy Cognos documents..." box before hitting the Deploy button.
