Not able to add dependency in story, task

Hi team,

During the deployment particular user is not able to add dependencies in story. We have provided scrum master, rtcadmin permissions to the user.

Getting attached error:

I guess you need to allow the Scrum Master role the permission to add links. You could do this as follows:
