Export from Excel Test Case with more related Scripts

 Hello,

I need to export from excel to RQM an excel containing more scripts related to the same test case, creating the test case in the same file excel.

How should I configure the .cfg file in order to relate scripts to the test case?

Thank you,
Antonio Silvestro

I think the problem is because the list of project is at following address:

https://qclm.risorse.enel:9443/qm/web instead of https://qclm.risorse.enel:9443/qm/

but tool automatically removes /web suffix if I insert https://qclm.risorse.enel:9443/qm/web as server address

 Antonio,
The location of the file would depend on the logged in user and the OS; for example on my system its located here:
\Documents and Settings\<Logged In User>\Application Data\Mso2Rqm

I assume you have connectivity to the QM server (i.e. if you bring up a browser on that system can you access https://qclm.risorse.enel:9443/qm/admin ? If you can access the server via a browser and not the tool there may be an issue with a firewall.
if you have some type of security software running on this system (Firewall...ect) you can try adding the following two dll's to the exception list of your firewall
Excel Importer will load some ".dll" files to do the execution, thare "RQMExcelImporter.dll" and "Mso2Rqm_Common.dll".
By default they will be located here:
"C:\Program Files\IBM\RQMExcelImporter"
We want to be sure these two files are not being blocked in any way

I added these dll as exceptions in windows firewall and in my antivirus in order to be sure they are not blocked.

I can access https://qclm.risorse.enel:9443/qm/admin without problems using my browser..

I tried to unregister and register these two DLL but I have an error loading the entrypoint of DLLUnregister and DLLRegister server.

Hi All,

I recently helped one of my colleague, pass this issue.Below are the steps.

1. You should be having Jazz Admin privilege for performing the import operation.
2. If that does not work. Try reinstalling the rqmexcel import utility.

 Hi,

I already tried to re-install the utility.

I tried to import data using a Jazz Admin user too.. But it doesn't work

I resolved my problem. It was a proxy server problem.
