RQM pdf report format

Yes, this is possible. Take a look at the help on Customizing document-style reports in the CLM IC:

I hope you were able to modify the RRDG templates with RPE. The documentation is slight from the RQM perspective, but I did find this really good wiki article, "Using RRDG with RQM," that was updated recently. Here is the intro: As of RQM v4.0, users can add and execute RRDG based reports from the Common Reporting UI. RRDG templates are created using the Rational Publishing Engine Document Studio.
