Duplicate content write
In the log file of my ClearCase Synchronization job, I get "INFO: Duplicate content write to Jazz ignored, no new state created." for some directories. What does it mean?

It just means that the file in Jazz already had the content being
brought over from ClearCase, and so no new version needed to be created. So these messages (like all "INFO" messages) can be ignored. There are various reasons why this can happen ... one is that if you restart a failed sync, the files that have already made it over will already have the desired content.
