JTS 4.0.2: Import User generated error: org/apache/log4j/spi/ThrowableInformation

Hello,

After I updated CLM from 4.0.0 to 4.0.2, I noticed that the "Import User" function on jts/admin Web UI does not work any more. In the "Enter user name" filed, no matter what char I typed, I always got the following message on the dialog:

org/apache/log4j/spi/ThrowableInformation

Nothing else happened. The WAS logs and CLM logs were not got updated due to this.

What could cause this? Workaround?

ENV:

On single server Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise X64 with DB2 V9.7, WAS 8.0.3 and CLM 4.0.2 installed/configured. No proxy server/web server is used.

 Frank,
may you please try and:
1 - stop the JTS server
2 - rotate the jts log - rename jts.log to jts.log.sav
3 - start the server
4 - do the import
failure - collect and attach the jts.log

optional: use Firefox and Firebug and collect the net trace
