When delivering to a non-default flow target, a prompt will warn you that
you are doing so, ie. the default flow target does not prompt you as you
try to run the deliver action.
Its just a simple mechanism to prevent you from accidently delivering code
to the wrong stream since you may change flow targets quite often to see
differences between your repository workspace and other streams, but then
forget to change your flow target back to the stream that you normally
work with.

What does it mean for a stream or a workspace to have a default flow
target? I understand the significance of the current flow target, but
what effect does it have to mark a flow target as the default?
