The order is based on Work Item Editor presentation for the required WI type.

Its starts checking from the bottom of the list of attributes that are added in the editor presentation.

Under > Poject Area > Progress Configuration > Configuration Data > Work item  > Editor Presentation

1st tab,  8th attribute, attribute name starts with "S", attribute type Timestamp
2nd tab,  5th attribute, attribute name starts with "K", attribute type HTML
1st tab, 10th attribute, attribute name starts with "A", attribute type Timestampe
1st tab,  5th attribute, attribute name starts with "O", attribute type Contributor
3rd tab,  4th attribute, attribute name starts with "S", attribute type Contributor
1st tab, 15th attribute, attribute name starts with "C", attribute type Enum
3rd tab, 15th attribute, attribute name starts with "T", attribute type Enum
3rd tab, 11th attribute, attribute name starts with "S", attribute type Enum
