rtc+birt reports dont show the links with change set

hi, i want to create a report with the following:

PARENT, CHILD , Join dataset and change set (com.ibm.team.workitem.section.links)

i did some reports with important information; but i dont have that i want(com.ibm.team.workitem.section.links).

please help me.
