Integrating Maven plugin into RTC 4.0

Hi, I am looking for maven plugins to integrate with RTC 4.0. When I try to add from local, it throws following exception: No software found for the site.
One of the plugin File Name: file:/C:/Software/RTC_4.0/im/repo/rtc-client-offering/offering-repo/plugins/org.maven.ide.components.archetype_common_2.0.0.20080522-1230/
Please advice name of the plugin jars to be downloaded as well as version. Appreciate your response.

do you mean Eclipse?  the m2elipse project provides an eclipse plugin for maven projects.

Sam, thanks for posting this. When I loaded the plugin, the plugin has dependencies. It is these dependencies which had conflicts with a clean RTC client install.
