Hi Ashley,
Thanks for reporting this issue! I just reproduced it by opening my JazzHub project, clicking on Members to take me to the Edit Project Area page in ccm, adding a member to my project area, and clicking Save. I'll let the team know, and we will hopefully get this fixed quickly!
In the meantime, you can workaround this issue by inviting people to join your project using their email addresses. In JazzHub, open your project area. Step 1 is to invite people to join.
Afternoon Lauren,
I haven't heard anything. I'll follow up on this.
Hi Ashley,
We are still working on a fix. The issue appears to be specific to firefox. If you try in Internet Explorer, you should be able to add a member.
Evening (OR Morning) Lauren,
Hi Ashley,
I'm sorry for this inconvenience. I just tried in Google Chrome, and I was successfully able to add a member. As I mentioned before, you can still invite people to join using their email addresses.
