Not able to use the feature capture screenshot, because your security settings have blocked an application signed with an expired or not-yet-valid certification from running.

Hi I can not use the Capture screenshot in CLM version 4.0.6 Jazz web.
When I try to download and run the rtc.screencapture.jnlp then Java will stop running and I get an "Application blocked by security settings" and it says: "your security settings have blocked an application signed with an expired or not-yet-valid certification from running".


Do you have an idea about what will fix this issue of mine?

Are you using Java 7.0 update 51/over? if yes, you can add https://server:port into Java control panel > security > exception site list and try again.
