Scenario:

User modifies report template "Advanced Release Burndown" but now it is not visible, I can't find it and I have JazzAdmin.   I tried to "Deploy New Templates" to the project area it offered only the ARB template but attempting to add said:

Problem
An error occurred during "Save Report Template".

workitems.AdvancedReleaseBurndown matches multiple report templates

So, what's keeping me from finding it ?  I queried the REPORTS.SHARABLE_DESCRIPTOR and find an entry with workitems.AdvancedReleaseBurndown and modified by the contributor in question.
