Can Rational Team Concert be integrated with Erwin?

I want to know if there's a way (configuration, plugin, etc) to integrate Team Concert with Erwin. I mean, I would like to handle the changes made in an Erwin DB model using Team Concert.

For example, we have already integrated Eclipse with Team Concert, so all the changes that we make are reflected in the Team Concert tool 

Hope you can help me!

That is only possible if Erwin has some way of interacting with a file-based version control system.   Does it?

Yes, it does. I have synchronized the folder, where I save the Erwin models, with the tool and it seems to work!!!  =D

Good.   Any IDE that is Eclipse-based should "just work" with RTC, when you load that IDE and the RTC-plugin into the same instance of Eclipse.
