I had configured CLM server 4.0.1 with certain host name and Domain name.


Now, there is situation for which i want to rename or change my server host name & domain name to different one, without affecting application's data.


Can you please tell me the method to change the server name ?

Hello,

you need to contact Rational Support (by opening a PMR) to confirm eligibility for rename (not all environments are eligible, some integrations for example cannot work with a renamed server) and receive an activation key. The rename feature is disabled by default to prevent incorrect execution of the rename.
