Users with a User Type = API cannot access the console using a web client. You will have to setup seperate user IDs for access via a web client. Users who do not need access via a JAVA or Perl API should be User Type = Normal (or Read-Only).
Thanks for the update and apologies for the delay in reply. The Type was mentioned as "Normal" only. But found that, the user attempted with wrong password. Hence RBF has locked the user. Once we unlocked the user, it's working fine.
