Possible to have Comment Section shows most recent on top?

Currently the Comment section on Work Items shows them with most recently added on the bottom.  Is it possible to reverse the order of this?

I filed two years ago a Enhancement request for this:

Maybe you can comment ther, so IBM sees it is important, at least for two customers.
