possible to export CLM project to the other CLM server?

I created a CLM project against my CLM401 server; and currently, I set up another CLM402 server. need to reuse the old CLM401 project,possible to export the data? I don't want to reuse the repository. for there are some other project which will not be used in CLM402.

As far as I can tell, the only way to bring over the data to 4.0.2 is to do an upgrade.
As far as I can tell, there is no selective export available where you could specify which projects to export and then re-import on the other server.

For some few data formats there are export/import capabilites. For example Work Items, but even there you loos history data.

So please upgrade your server.
