Can not set up local Help - SRVE0295E
Trying to set up local help on a CLM server.
When I try to access: https://localhost:9443/clmhelp/remote/remotehelp.jsp or https://localhost:9443/clmhelp/updater/updatewar.jsp I get the error : Error 403: SRVE0295E: Error reported: 403 However https://localhost/clmhelp/updater/proxy.jsp and https://localhost/clmhelp/index.jsp work ok Using CLM 4.0.1, WAS 8.0.5, DB2 9.7 Multiple browsers tried |

Hello Chris,
You will need to access the updater using 127.0.0.1, not localhost. That is, try the following URL:
https://127.0.0.1:9443/clmhelp/updater/updatewar.jspLet me know if this helps!
