Whenever I try to download RTC using in below link I found all download links unavailable:

Not working for me either - trying to download an older rtc client (3.0 iFix1) and all the links say (unavailable.)

also showing unavailable for me. Same thing also in 4.0.0

There was a workaround suggested for this in:
All download options of RTC 3.0.1.2 are listed as unavailable

But the repository is up now.
