Does RTC Support importing a csv file from a shared folder?

I am using 6.0.4 ifix005 and we are trying to test the import functionality. We are trying to access the csv file from shared location. It shows error or warning, if we map the drive on local machine then able to import the data.

Is this a limitation in the tool?
