I cant create Test plancs, etc on RQM

Hi, I installed RQM in my computer and I cant see the links of creating test plans, test cases, etc. I am sure I have the permissions in the user I am using and the license of Quality Professional. What can it be?
Thanks

Hi,

When you created your RQM Project did you add yourself in the members section and allocate yourself a process roll.

Create a new Role within your Project Properties then (within the Permissions area) modify that Role so that it allows users to create assets within the QM protect.
Add the new Role to any users belonging to the project area that you want to be able to create new assets with

Thanks, but it didnt worked...

What do you see under the Planning or Construction menu; just a 'browse' option? If so, its a Permissions/Role  issue.  I would verify: 1) The user is present under the Members area of the Project area settings 2) The user has a role associated to it 3) The permissions for the role are sufficient (from a QM standpoint) to allow both the viewing and creation of test assets 4) The user has logged out and back in after any changes were made

Thanks I even put the permissions like this but is not working...

Under Configuration, select "Project Configuration" -> Under Details, select the new Role you created (Role1?); Under the Permitted Actions select Quality Management; be sure all of the sub categories for creating artifacts are selected Save the changes Be sure Role1 is associated to your user

From the screen capture above it appears you are configuring a role for an Iteration in a Timeline. Is that your intent? You may want to take a step back and get the top level Team Configuration set up.

Ara: I am sure role 1 is associated an it has all the permissions, anyway if the permissions are associated to "Everyone" should't it work? Bob: the permissions are put to the same in every level, not just for the iteration.

Remove the Data Migration Administrator role from the user. That is a special role used for migration.
