After creating WI in RTC, once user selects Links tap, they can choose which link do be added.

Once user choose Link = children, it will show pop up like below screenshot


When user choose Link = Affects Plan item, it will show pop up like below screenshot



Then user can click on create new work item and create WI within separate window pop up like below;



Is it possible to open same popup windows as Affects Plan items when Link = Children is selected??
What would need  to be customized?
