How to import attachments to defects in RQM?

Hi, in 2.x you were able to connect to the work item API in RQM. I know there were changes in some version that prevented you from doing that. I can't tell what version it was. You can try it out. If you can connect the Plain Java Client Libraries, you could use this approach to upload the attachments http://rsjazz.wordpress.com/2012/08/01/uploading-attachments-to-work-items/ .
