Why Manual Test Script step description exported to Excel from RQM using Excel Add-In does not have carriage return

Hi, wondering if anyone come across this and know how to fix it?

I am using ExcelImporter v7.0.2 and Ms Excel 365, create test case with manual test scripts in ETM 7.0.2. Add multiple paragraphs in step description using enter key (or carriage return). Run offline in ETM to generate the .rqms file. Import .rqms file to Excel using the Excel Add-In. The Steps Description do not have any carriage returns. the values for these attributes appear as one large line of text.

In ETM:
paragraph 1.
paragraph 2.
paragraph 3.

In Excel:
paragraph 1. paragraph 2. paragraph 3.
