How to create artifacts/folders from a pre-defined list taken from a CRM?

Hi,
We have an artifact type in RRC named ‘Customer’ that is created manually by the product managers.
‘Customers’ are managed in Oracle CRM and only there.

Therefore, when a product manager is creating a new ’Customer’ artifact in RRC, he/she needs to manually copy the exact name from the CRM system to the name attribute in RRC.

Once the artifact is created, there is no additional need to sync data between the CRM and RRC.
We would like to automate this process to allow the creation of Customers artifacts based on pre-defined names that are taken from the CRM.

In addition when we create the artifact we would like to create it under a folder with the same name – see the attached image.

Any suggestion/workaround will be highly appreciated.

Please note that we only use RRC as part of the jazz platform.
Thanks
Raz
