RRC Artifact linked to itself. Unable to delete the link

On whatever way, one of our user was able to create a link from artifact to itself. The Link is marked with the red bullet. Tool Type says: Artifact is either Deleted, or you do not have the permission to see the link
The edit/remove is disabled.

Any Idea how I can get ride of this link

Link error

Erwin,

I do have RRC 4.0.1 too and tried to establish a link to itself. I was not able.

I have not seen this before, so I would suggest reaching out to Tech Support so that they can investigate what is stored for this link in case there are any knock on problems.

I am seeing this as well. The artifact appears to be linked to itself and shows that the link can't be removed.

I am also seeing the issue on another artifact that is linked to the one that appears linked to itself.
The link cannot be removed.

Is there any update on this.
