How to increase numdb value for DB2

Could anyone please describe how to increase numdb value?

I have a DB2 server/instance that supports multiple RTC instances. When I was trying to create a new database, a message was displayed "SQL1041N The maximum number of concurrent databases have already been
started. SQLSTATE=57032". Thanks.
