Duplicate comments
Twice in the past 2 days I have added a comment to a user story in RTC, clicked SAVE, been presented with the Jazz login screen, logged in, and now my comments have been added twice (as separate comments) to the user story.
I searched the forum for "duplicate AND comments" and got no hits.
Is this a known issue?
Thanks.

The AND is not supported, "duplicate comments" alone is sufficient.

Maybe the comment update was posted twice due to the intermittent
login. I assume this was in the Web UI? It is not a known issue per se,
but duplicate comments have been observed in the past:

Yes, it was in the web UI. I've looked at the work items from the link you included - there's not enough detail in them for me to conclude if they are the same issues or not. What should I do from here - open a bug?
From the "Search" screen (button at the bottom of the forum:
Search for Keywords:
You can use AND to define words which must be in the results, OR to define words which may be in the result and NOT to define words which should not be in the result. Use * as a wildcard for partial matches
I'll accept that AND may not have been necessary, but it does seem to be supported.

I thought you were referring to the search within RTC, not the forum
search -- sorry for the confusion.
