How do i stop RTC agent from creating type 30 records in Z/OS SMF?

It seems like RTC build definitions are not being used by any human user but they come into the maninframe build agent and touch the OMVS files.

This is creating many type 30 SMF records.

I need the Type 30 SMF records turned on for our TWS system.

How do i stop RTC from touching the build agent running on Z/OS so often?
