I am trying to find out if mylyn (http://www.eclipse.org/mylyn/) features are embedded into RTC/Jazz. Does anyone know?

Mylyn is not directly part of RTC but there is an incubator project with an integration you might want to take a look at:

What particular features of Mylyn are you curious about? There is a lot
of overlap in the feature set of Mylyn and RTC so it is possible that
RTC has similar features to what you are looking for.
